1.9. The rules of discipline: Consistent and focus the learning process. Requirement of teachers to students is based on general principles of training in medical school:
1. Mandatory, regular attendance of workshops, in the absence of the lesson for a good reason, such as illness, you should submit the approval of the dean's office to perfect the missed classes.
2. Do not be late for class.
3. Regularly and hard carry out tasks, to participate actively in the learning process.
4. Students should come to the practical training in special clothes: pure white gown, clean hood, removable shoes without heels.
5. Students must be approved for use in hospitals.
6. Students must comply with sanitary and epidemiological conditions in the hospital.
7. Students should be respectful to teachers, medical staff and other clinic students.
8. Students should openly discuss conflicts in the groups with the head teacher or head of department.
In recent years we have seen an increase in the frequency of intrauterine infections and increasing its role in perinatal mortality. A risk group of intrauterine fetal infection is pregnant women with obstetric pathology, women who have had acute respiratory infections and other infections during pregnancy, women who have pockets of chronic infections, especially in the urogenital area.
Now it is proved that infectious diseases of the mother during pregnancy can adversely affect the fetus, causing his death in utero or miscarriage. The disease can be detected at birth, shortly after birth, or it may go undetected for months or years after birth.
Viral infections play a significant role in causing the pathology of the fetus. Viral infection can lead to the development of various pathological processes in the egg, embryo, fetus and adult.
The virus, chlamydia and genital mycoplasmas are the most common causes of infectious diseases urogenital adults, as well as common diseases of infants and young children.
The poblem in modern infectious disease is associated infections. It is shown that the combination of a variety of infections can increase virulence of each pathogen. Then the diagnosis is complicated and it is necessary to use many modern serological virological and immunological methods.
2.2. The purpose of the elective course:
Formation of students’ knowledge about:
the effect on the fetus maternal acute and chronic infectious diseases
practical skills of history-taking
objective methods of general and gynecological research
using of additional methods, the interpretation of their results
• Formation the technique of taking bioassay for the detection of sexually transmitted infections.
2.3. The learning problems:
To acquaint the student with the clinical features, diagnosis of acute and chronic respiratory diseases in pregnancy, therapeutic tactics
To acquaint the student with the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic infections of the genitourinary system in pregnant women
To acquaint the student with genital diseases caused by adenovirus, enterovirus, papovaviruses, hepatitis, HIV
To show the role of viral, chlamydial infections in causing pathology of pregnancy and newborns, the role in the birth of healthy children
To acquaint the student with the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, laboratory diagnosis, clinical manifestations and treatment of sexually transmitted infections
The show features a hidden carriers of sexually transmitted infections, methods of detection, treatment, and prevention of hidden forms of STIs.

Methods for assessing the knowledge and skills of students:
Assessing the students on five criteria of competence:
Theoretical knowledge of the student are assessed on the previous criteria - added test answers, oral questioning, solutions situational problems. (ГОСО РК 5.03.06-2006 «Система образования Республики Казахстан. Контроль знаний в высших учебных заведениях» от 26.08.2006г.). The maximum score – 100

75-89 Is able to apply the knowledge in practice, to assess the problem situation, but difficult to argue opinion. Practical skills to perform the steps in the implementation, there are some inaccuracies.
90-100 Actively applying knowledge in practice and transforms them according to the situation, is critical of the information, draw conclusions, explains and justifies the statement. Practical skills to perform the steps clearly.

75-89 points "good" - the student fulfilled the assignment subject to presentation of an abstract structure, using different sources of text with illustration, with reference to the literature over the past 5 years, with the unprincipled made mistakes in the presentation of the material;
50-74 points "satisfactory" - the student finished the task very briefly, not in full, and the fundamental mistakes made in the presentation of the material;
49 points or less "unsatisfactory" - the structure of the presentation abstract inadequate.
90-100 score of "excellent" - the student has shown a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the material topics accurately and creatively fulfilled the task to meet a delivery structure presentation. Requirements for practical training
• The decision of tests: 10 tests are compiled for each session, the textual part of the test - 7-8 lines answers - 5, one of them is correct.
• Survey: student verbally respond to questions posed by the teacher, showing the theoretical knowledge on the topic.
• Working in small groups: given a task that must be done in a short amount of time. After the assignment, each group makes a report or role play shows on employment. Assessed the degree of participation of each student in the group, the completeness of coverage of issues, themes.
• Analysis of medical records, the health center patients thematic maps: assess student responses to questions posed by the teacher during the parse history, dispensary map.

The structure of the essay should include:
• title page;
• index (consistent presentation abstract sections showing the page from which it begins);
• Introduction (Crystallizing the problem under study, determining the relevance, purpose and objectives of the essay);
• the majority (each section of this part of the essay convincingly reveals a different problem, or one of its sides, is a logical continuation of the previous);
• Conclusion (summarizing or given generalized conclusion on the abstract, with guidance);
Requirements for presentations.
• The student must abide by a single style, cool background, non-contrast texture on one slide to use no more than 3-4 colors, the use of computer animation, the content should be short, clear.
